Is this room a good choice for families?
Yes. Children 17 and younger stay free in a parent's or guardian's room using the existing bedding, and the room sleeps four. Connecting rooms are available for larger groups. The resort has a children's pool and playground, and the kids' club for ages 4–13 carries an extra fee. Access to Coquí Water Park is included for all ages.
How far is the room from the beach, the pools and the water park?
Coquí Water Park is about a 0.3-mile walk from the resort. A funicular links the clifftop hotel with the marina and lower pool areas. A complimentary beach shuttle also takes guests to the surf and sand. Private Palomino Island is reached by ferry, a short ride from the resort. Pools are open from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Can I order room service, and where can I eat?
Room service runs for breakfast from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM and for dinner from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The resort has more than 20 restaurants, bars and lounges, including BoNo, Sicilia, Cutz Steakhouse and the Hightide Rooftop Bar. Restaurants and bars are exclusive to guests and members. Ventanas, Ballyhoo, BoNo, Sicilia, Okinawa and Cutz require dinner reservations, which you can make through the concierge before you arrive.
